Platform Rules and Player Agreement

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "580win", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the 580win platform at https://580win.app and all associated services.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 580win platform.
• "Platform" means the 580win website at https://580win.app, including all games, betting services, payment interfaces, account management tools, and support systems accessible through it.
• "Account" means the registered player account held with 580win through which a player accesses all platform services.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a player's 580win account, exclusive of any bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, free spins winnings, or other non-cash promotional value credited to a player's account under a specific promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total bet volume that must be placed using bonus funds before those funds or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary currency in which 580win accounts are denominated for Pakistani players.

References to statutes or regulatory instruments include all amendments thereto. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. The singular includes the plural and vice versa.

Access to and use of the 580win platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You are registering as a genuine individual acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• All personal information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current. You agree to notify 580win promptly of any changes to this information.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited under applicable law.
• You have not previously been excluded from 580win or any other gambling platform through a self-exclusion scheme that remains active.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of a current employee or contractor of 580win or any of its gaming service providers.

580win permits only one account per individual. Registering multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 580win employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate registrations.

Your 580win account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not.

• You must choose a strong, unique password for your 580win account and must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• 580win strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) from the Account Security Centre immediately after registration. 2FA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised account access.
• You must notify 580win immediately through live chat support if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• 580win will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised account access where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

580win will never ask you to provide your password through any communication channel, including live chat, email, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from 580win that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.

580win processes deposits and withdrawals in PKR for Pakistani players through the following accepted payment methods:

All withdrawal requests are subject to completed identity verification. First-time withdrawal requests require CNIC verification. 580win reserves the right to request additional supporting documentation for large withdrawals or where verification is inconclusive. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. 580win does not charge processing fees on withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

580win does not accept deposits from credit cards or any third-party accounts not registered in the player's own name. Deposits from unrecognised sources will be returned and the associated account flagged for review. 580win will not be responsible for any delays attributable to the player's own payment provider's processing timelines.

580win offers promotional bonuses to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any offer-specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion:

• Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before any portion of bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is specified in each offer's dedicated terms.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are distinct from real-money balance. Real-money funds are used in play before bonus funds unless the player opts otherwise.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and certain slot titles may contribute at a reduced rate. The contribution schedule is published in the relevant promotion's terms.
• 580win reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time. Bonuses already claimed and partially wagered at the time of modification will be honoured under the original terms.
• One bonus offer per player, per promotional period, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Claiming multiple accounts to receive multiple instances of the same bonus constitutes fraud.
• Maximum withdrawal amounts from bonus-derived winnings may apply and will be communicated in the specific offer terms.

580win takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse, including the use of automated systems to exploit promotional offers, coordinated multi-account bonus harvesting, or placing hedged bets designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk. Any account found engaging in bonus abuse will have its bonuses revoked and may face permanent suspension.

All bets and wagers placed through the 580win sportsbook and casino are subject to the rules of the respective game or sporting event. Sport-specific rules are published in the sportsbook rules section accessible through the platform. Casino game rules are accessible through each game's information panel.

• Bets are only valid once confirmed and a bet reference number has been issued. 580win is not liable for bets that fail due to network interruption on the player's end prior to confirmation.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error in sportsbook markets, 580win reserves the right to void affected bets and return the stake to the player's account. This right extends to technical errors in live betting markets.
• Live in-play bets on cricket, PSL, international football, UFC, and other sports are subject to any changes in match status at the time of bet placement. Bets placed on a market after the relevant event has concluded will be voided.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software for digital games and by physical equipment for live dealer games. RNG certificates are available on request.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game session, the round in progress will be settled according to its natural outcome where this can be determined. Where the outcome cannot be verified, the round will be voided and the bet returned.

580win reserves the right to limit maximum bet sizes on any market or game at its sole discretion, including restricting individual accounts to lower maximums based on betting patterns. Such restrictions are a standard risk management measure and do not constitute a breach of these Terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 580win platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether using the same or different personal details, device, IP address, or payment method.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or any subsequent verification process.
• Using the platform for any money laundering activity or depositing funds derived from criminal activity.
• Using automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or any software that interacts with the platform other than through a standard browser or the official platform interface.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical malfunctions for financial gain. Players who identify such issues are required to report them to support immediately.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or the sportsbook to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform to engage in match-fixing or any activity that compromises the integrity of a sporting event.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct directed at 580win support staff or other players through any platform communication channel.

All content on the 580win platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, and video — is the intellectual property of 580win or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any such intellectual property.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, transmit, or create derivative works from any 580win platform content without the prior express written consent of 580win. Screen recording or streaming of live casino games without authorisation is prohibited. Any unauthorised use of 580win intellectual property will be pursued through available legal remedies.

580win collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering a 580win account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

580win uses player data for account administration, regulatory compliance, responsible gaming monitoring, fraud prevention, anti-money laundering checks, and customer support. 580win does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared with third parties only where required for operational purposes (payment processors, game providers, identity verification services) or where required by law or regulatory obligation.

580win is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players. The platform offers the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are accessible directly from the Account Settings panel and take effect immediately upon activation:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take immediate effect; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss amounts per day, week, or month. Reduces the risk of chasing losses beyond your personal comfort level.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the duration of individual gaming sessions. A notification will be issued when the limit is reached and the session will be automatically ended.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a short break from the platform for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. The account remains accessible for withdrawal only during a cool-off period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude your account from the 580win platform. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the duration specified. 580win will not reverse a self-exclusion at a player's request during the active exclusion period.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 580win shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if 580win has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

580win does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from technical defects at all times. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseeable technical disruptions may result in temporary platform unavailability. 580win's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the value of your real-money balance at the time the claim arises.

Nothing in these Terms limits 580win's liability for death or personal injury caused by 580win's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

580win reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions, including prohibited conduct under Clause 7.
• Failure to provide identity verification documents when requested, or provision of fraudulent documentation.
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or any activity that 580win is required to report to a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Receipt of a valid court order or regulatory instruction requiring account suspension or closure.
• Player request via the self-exclusion tool or a formal closure request submitted to support.

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than a breach of Terms, any real-money balance remaining will be returned to the player via their most recently used payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to satisfactory verification. Bonus balances are non-returnable in all circumstances. Accounts closed for breach of Terms may have their balances forfeited where the breach involved conduct that directly produced financial gain for the player in violation of these Terms.

580win reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account and will be published on this page with an updated effective date no fewer than 14 days before taking effect, except where an amendment is required urgently by regulatory obligation, in which case the change may take immediate effect.

Continued use of the 580win platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account. No amendment to these Terms will affect bets already placed and confirmed prior to the effective date of the amendment.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 580win holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any dispute as to validity, shall first be submitted to 580win's internal complaints process as described in Clause 15.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, it may be referred to the dispute resolution body designated by 580win's licensing authority. The parties agree to attempt good faith negotiation before initiating any formal legal proceedings.

The outcome of individual games and bets is determined by the platform's certified systems and, for live events, by the applicable rules of the relevant sport or game. Game outcomes are final once settled and are not subject to reversal except in cases of verified technical error or documented regulatory requirement.

580win provides a 24/7 live chat support service accessible from within the platform for all account and game queries. For formal complaints, players should submit a written complaint through the live chat system and request a formal complaint reference number. 580win aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and to issue a full response within 10 business days.

For non-urgent matters, players may contact the 580win support team by email at the address below. Please include your registered account username and a clear description of the issue. Do not include your password in any communication with support — 580win staff will never ask for it.

These Terms and Conditions were last reviewed and updated on 1 January 2026. They supersede all previous versions of the 580win Terms and Conditions. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
